Sales & Support Specialist (Fairview Office)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual for our Customer Sales & Support department as a Sales & Support Specialist.  This person will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communications skills. 

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and co-workers through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Manage a large volume of incoming calls.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Actively promote product/service features and benefits, quote prices and prepare appropriate forms.
  • Process service orders and schedule appointments.  Work closely with other Mid Century Departments. 

 

Candidate must understand MS Office or equivalent, have good written and oral communications skills, and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

First Impression Specialist (Fairview Office)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual for our Customer Sales & Support department as a First Impression Specialist.  This person will be responsible greeting and assisting lobby guests, maintaining the front desk area, processing payments and assist Sales & Customer Specialist with calls. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and had excellent communications skills.

  • Greet and care for all lobby guests.
  • Process all incoming payments (in person and phone), including transferring calls from Sales & Support Specialist and/or billing.
  • Assist customers that come in the lobby that are interested in new services by taking down all their pertain information.
  • Process equipment returns.
  • Properly document all customer interactions and activity in Contact Tracking.
